General Terms

By accessing and choosing our services with Green Haus Cleaning Co, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Green Haus Cleaning Co.
Services
Green Haus Cleaning Co shall provide the cleaning services with reasonable skill and care or in accordance with the standards of skill and care reasonably expected from a leading service provider in the Cleaning industry. Green Haus Cleaning Co shall devote such of its personnel’s time and expertise to the performance of the Services as may be necessary for their satisfactory and timely completion. Furthermore, Green Haus Cleaning Co shall comply with all reasonable requests and directions of the Customer in relation to the Services.
Customer Premises
Services
The Customer shall:
a. Promptly provide to Green Haus Cleaning Co such access to the Customer Premises as is reasonably required by the Provider for
the provision of the Services;
b. Maintain the Customer Premises in good order for the supply of the Services and in accordance with all applicable laws;
c. If the Customer is not a consumer, be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the Provider’s personnel whilst they are at the Customer Premises;
d. If the Customer is not a consumer, inform the Green Haus Cleaning Co of all health, safety and security rules, regulations and requirements that apply at the Customer Premises;
e. If the Customer is not a consumer, maintain reasonable insurance cover for the Green Haus Cleaning Co’s personnel whilst they are working at the Customer Premises (including reasonable public liability insurance); and
f. Ensure that no third party service provider will be working at the Customer Premises during the provision of the Services at the Customer Premises by Green Haus Cleaning Co.
g. Green Haus Cleaning Co shall use all reasonable measures to secure any keys, and any other means of access, supplied by the Customer to Green Haus Cleaning Co for the purpose of enabling the Provider’s personnel to enter and work at the Customer Premises.
Customer obligations
Save to the extent that the parties have agreed otherwise in writing, the Customer must provide to Green Haus Cleaning Co, or procure, such:
a. co-operation, support and advice;
b. information and documentation; and
c. governmental, legal and regulatory licences, consents and permits, as are reasonably necessary to enable Green Haus Cleaning Co to perform its obligations under the Contract.
The Customer must provide to Green Haus Cleaning Co access to a water supply, a waste water disposal facility, a mains electricity supply
and toilet facilities.
Charges
The Customer shall pay the Charges to the Provider in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Payments
The Customer must pay the Charges by debit card, credit card, direct debit, bank transfer or cheque (using such payment details as are notified by Green Haus Cleaning Co to the Customer from time to time).
Cancellation Policy
Things come up, and we understand. However, we kindly ask – if you need to cancel, skip or reschedule a cleaning – that you notify us 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. This will allow us to reassign your cleaner(s) to another appointment.
If the Customer withdraws an offer to enter into the Contract, or cancels the Contract, the Customer will receive a full refund of any amount the Customer paid to Green Haus Co in respect of the Contract Green Haus Co will refund money using the same method used to make the payment, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Limitations and exclusions of liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will:
a. limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
b. limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
c. limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
d. exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law, and, if a party is a consumer, that party’s statutory rights will not be excluded or limited by these Terms and Conditions, except to the extent permitted by law.
Satisfaction Guarantee
As with any service experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by choosing our services, you agree to the terms along with our Privacy Policy. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our service.
