Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24hrs cancellation notice. Otherwise, there will be a $30 + HST cancellation fee to cover inconvenience.

COVID-19:

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers.

Please notify us if any of the following is true:

someone in your home has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has any of the common COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever and dry cough or other respiratory issues

someone in your home has come in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or someone quarantined for suspected COVID-19, over the past 14 days

someone in your home has travelled internationally or domestically
